According to the most recent studies presented by Harvard University, each patient has a combination of postural changes that is particular to them and, therefore, must be treated individually.

RPG/RPM (Global Postural Reeducation by Proprioceptive and Muscular Rebalancing) is a physiotherapy technique that aims to treat problems of the musculoskeletal system, such as muscle and joint injuries, through postural correction.

The RPG/RPM technique seeks not only to treat a symptom, but through its musculoskeletal, psychobehavioral and organic-visceral evaluation, it is possible to identify the origin of the pain. In addition, each patient has a combination of postural changes that is particular to them and, therefore, must be treated individually.

This technique consists of applying corrective postures that allow postural awareness, relaxation and balance of muscle groups, leading the nervous system to create a new body image, which provides physical and emotional well-being.

Breathing correctly is essential to the success of this method. Before entering each posture, the patient is prepared with techniques to release and coordinate breathing, which will help him to remain in the posture, enjoying the treatment better.

The most important thing is that the patient experiences a gradual improvement in his condition, being able to change his behavior and posture, allowing an improvement in his quality of life.
